TINE has many roles. We own and care for around 240,000 animals (cows and goats). We must relate to the government and municipalities, farmers and shops, researchers and consumers. We must run our business honestly and with integrity. We must keep our word, from land to table.

A safe place to work
Production of world-class milk and milk products requires healthy staff and healthy work environments. We must ensure that our staff are not exposed to harmful physical or psychological strains, and that no one is injured or becomes ill because of their work.
