Sustainable value creation

With 16,000 employees and owners and twice as many feet, it goes without saying that we have a certain ecological footprint here at TINE. We produce milk and other products and take them to the people of Norway, and this is a process that results in several types of greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, working seriously with sustainability is an absolutely essential part of what we do. We live off nature, so we depend on nature living too.

TINE’s ambition is to be the best Norwegian food industry stakeholder when it comes to sustainability. We are concerned about what we call sustainable value creation. It is possible to think of more than one thing at a time. It is possible to combine ecology with economy.
